The results are in!
We asked over 100 pupils about what they thought of going to college while still at school. They told us they'd had a very positive experience.
The questionnaire was completed by pupils who took part in School/College Partnership courses during session 2007 - 08 and 2008 – 09. Pupils told us that in College they have:
- learned new practical skills
- increased your personal skills
- grown in self confidence
- enjoyed stimulating and challenging courses
- had good working relationships with college staff
- "Brilliant lecturers... good atmosphere"
- "We are treated differently to school... like an adult"
- "I liked mixing with other schools"
- "You are made to feel more responsible for yourself"
