Just getting to know more about different kinds of jobs is important.
The Careers Scotland website gives you an opportunity to research possible careers.
In addition, there is a lot of information available from Business Organisations.
Some of these are listed here. You can click on the links to find out even more about careers.
When you get some ideas that interest you, make a note of them somewhere safe.
If you have access to a printer you could print out the details of your favourites.
When you have selected a few ideas, try to find someone that you can discuss them with.
Bring your ideas to any careers interviews with your Guidance Teacher or the Careers Advisor.
