Timetables made up of 27 periods, 28 periods, or even 32 periods and are allocating in their S5/6 spread, 2 x doubles for College, should find that they have only one other double in the week for an S5/6 column. E.g.:-

By rearranging the Blocking so that S3 have the 2 columns which involve Skills for Work opportunities next to one another, it should be possible to ensure that there are approximately 2 hours per day, for up to 3 blocks available to negotiate delivery, either at the school (Outreach) or at the college if you can afford transport.
